Dakotah Territory.
--Both branches of the Legislature of Dakotah Territory were organized on the 5th instant by the election of George Stickney, of Union county, as President of the Council, and G. B. Bigelow, of Clay, as Speaker of the House of Representatives.
The oath was administered to the members of the House by Hon. J. P. Kidder.
The message of Governor Edmunds was delivered.
