Explosion. --On Saturday afternoon the cartridges in a limber chest belonging to a cannon of Cobb's Legion exploded on 7th street. The explosion was heard all ever the city Among those wounded was Jas. Eppes, skull fractured and flesh torn off his hand; G. T. Grinder, company A. Cobb's Legion, leg sprained by his horse (struck by a splinter) falling; G. L. Hancock, same company, severely wounded.
