The next business in order being the consideration of the Annual Report, &c., of the President and Directors, the report of the committee appointed to examine said documents was, on motion of Gen. C. G. Coleman, read, as follows, and, together with the President's Report, &c., adopted: To the Stockholders of the Virginia Central Railroad Company: The undersigned, acting members of the committee appointed to examine the report and accompaee are of opinion that the business of your Company has been well managed, and recommend that the report of your President and Directors, and accompanying documents, be adopted. John Hunter. Jefferson Kinney. Williams C. Wickham. Gen. Coleman then moved that the meeting proceed to the election of a President, and two Directors on the part of the individual stockholders, which motion prevailing, Col.
