Correspondence of the Richmond Dispatch.Military enthusiasm in Halifax. Clover Depot, Halifax, Va., May 2d, 1861. I write to inform you of the military enthusiasm prevailing in our usually quiet village. Yesterday the volunteer company that was organized at this place last week, met for the purpose of receiving new members, &c. This company now numbers upwards of seventy, and are constantly receiving accessions to their ranks. Their gallant Captain, Dr. John C. Coleman, has returned from Richmond, though he did not succeed in procuring arms and uniforms for his company, owing to the numerous orders before him. He expects to leave again for Richmond next week, when he hopes to be more successful. The company will drill regularly twice a week, (on Wednesdays and Saturdays,) at this place Rest assured that every member of the Clover Volunteer Company will respond with alacrity when their country calls them, and advance to the field of action with Roman firmness, and never re
