House of Delegates. The House met at 12 o'clock, M. The Speaker, (Mr. Kemper,) in the Chair. The Clerk read the order of arrangements made for the funeral of the Hon. John Tyler. Mr. Collier moved that the order just read be spread upon the journal of the House, which was adopted. On motion of Mr. Collier, the House then adjourned. House of Delegates.
