June 30.--Firing moderate; we threw among them to-day, a keg containing one hundred pounds of powder, with a fuse in it — we are not apprised of the damage it done. Our muster-rolls were ordered to be made out to-day; n<*> loss. July 1.--This day is long to be remembered, The firing in the morning was light.
