Judge Lyons's Court. --The habeas corpus case of E. J. Crump was partly argued yesterday by Mr. Alexander H. Sands for the petitioner and Mr. Neeson for the Government, after which its further consideration was postponed till this morning. Mr. Crump claims his discharge upon the ground that he is over fifty years of age, and as such is not liable to Confederate service; therefore he cannot be required to guard Confederate property. The decision will be an important one, affecting as it p was partly argued yesterday by Mr. Alexander H. Sands for the petitioner and Mr. Neeson for the Government, after which its further consideration was postponed till this morning.
