Judge Lyons's court. --On Saturday, the closing argument in the case of E. J. Crump, claiming exemption from militia service on the ground of being over fifty years of age, was made by R. T. Daniel. The decision will be rendered in a day or two. The case of E. S. asking his release from militia service on the ground of being an undomiciled citizen of Maryland, was also heard, and, without argument, the was discharged. John, H, appeared as for Hoblitzell. The court their adjourned until to-day.
