Sent on for felony.
--Lorenzo W. Frayser, a young man of about twenty summers, was examined yesterday before a called.
Court of Magistrates, on the charge of breaking into a lodging room in the law office of John N. Davis, and stealing therefrom $30 worth of wearing apparel and other articles.

In their absence the room was forcibly entered and robbed, and the very next night a portion of the stolen articles were found upon the prisoner's person.
After a patient hearing of the case, the accused was remanded for felony before Judge Lyons' Court.
He was offered bail, but finding no one to join him in the bond, was remanded to prison.
