Capt. Elisha Cain, for many years past a prominent lawyer of Sparta, Ga., died in Milledgeville on the 14th Inst. A youth named Adolphus Masseur was accidentally shot dead by Frederick Dibble, a companion, in Charleston, last Tuesday.
