Upon this subject of moulding public opinion, I call your attention to the fact-for a well-established fact it is — that the Judge never says your institution of slavery is wrong ; he never says it is right, to be sure, but he never says it, is wrong. There is not a public man in the United States, I believe, with the exception of Senator Doug las, who has not, at some time in his life, declared his opinion whether the thing is right or wrong; but, Senator Douglas never declares it is wrong. He leaves himself at perfect liberty to do all in your favor which he would be hindered from doing if he were to declare the thing to be wrong. On the contrary, he takes all the chances that he has for inveigling the sentiment of the North, opposed to slavery, into your support, by never saying it is right. This you ought to set down to

King and Queen. This county gives a large majority for Breckinridge. Gloucester. The majority for Breckinridge in this county is 166. Goggin carried this county by 12 majority. New Kent. Bell has 25 majority. Goggin's majority was 107. Prince Edward--(official.) Breckinridge's majority is 50--a Democratic gain of 5. Buckingham--(official.) Bell's majority is 24--an Opposition loss of 44. Tazewell and Carroll. The Democratic gain in these two counties is 617. Fauquier. Warrenton, Nov. 6, 1860. Boston, Nov. 7. --In 149 towns, exclusive of this city, Lincoln has 47,575 majority over Douglas, and 34,000 over both Breckinridge and Douglas. His plurality in the State will probably be 70,000. The Legislature is largely Republican. Boston, Nov. 7, P. M.--In the 9th district Bailey has 8,784, and Thayer, (Rep.,) 7,183. In the 5th district Appleton, (Dem.,) has 8,015, and Burlingame, (Rep.,) 7,756; Bigelow, (Doug. Dem,) 6,599. The Republicans elected Congressmen in all the other districts. They lose two members of Congress. New Jersey. Trenton, Nov. 7. --Parry, Dem., has been chosen to Congress in place of Pennington, late Speaker of the House. Trenton, Nov. 7.--P.
