, was fined one dollar, and after an admonition on the impropriety of "running the blockade" was let off. John McDonald and Dennis O'Brien were arraigned on the rather serious charge of taking possession of a private carriage, the property of Mr. John Clash, who resides on Brook Avenue, and stealing an overcoat belonging to Jim, slave of said John Clash. The case without being heard on its merits, was continued until to-morrow. C. S. District Court.--Yesterday Squire, slave to John A. Dudley, who stands charged with passing counterfeit Treasury notes in six different cases, was called up for trial on indictment No. 5, of which the jury acquitted him upon hearing the evidence in the case. He will be tried to-day on another indictment, of which there are still five recorded against him. If he knows nothing about passing the Treasury notes, it is presumed he will know something about law by the time Court is through with all the charges booked against him. Hustings Court-
