Cabell, and let off.--Conrad Schlicer was held to ball for pounding Bernard Frischkorn without provocation.--William, slave of J. H. F. Mayo, was punished for stealing a ham of bacon from F. Custolo.--Dick Smith, the darkey who was expelled from Manchester, having been in the State's Prison, and enjoying an unfavorable reputation generally, was sent to the chain gang in default of $200 bail.--Simon Eagan, charged with assaulting John Phelin, was acquitted.--Jim Skipper, Petersburg free negro, in Richmond without a register, whipped. --Christina Marks, (old offender,) drunk, committed in default of security.
