Sixty negroes for sale in Lynchburg. --By virtue of a decree of the Circuit Court for Nelson county, in the case of "Echols, guardian, &c., against Echols, &c.," made on the 19th day of November, 1862, the undersigned Commissioners, appointed for the purpose, will sell to the highest bidder, at public auction, in front of tEchols, &c.," made on the 19th day of November, 1862, the undersigned Commissioners, appointed for the purpose, will sell to the highest bidder, at public auction, in front of the Market- house, in the city of Lynchburg, on Tuesday, the 16th day of December next, 1862. about sixty slaves, consisting of men, women, boys and girls, likely and valuable, lately belonging to the estate of John J. London, of Soldiers'jey. Terms--The purchasers will be required to deposit in the Citizens' Savings Bank of Lns' Savings Bank of Lynchburg, to the credit of "Ro. J. Echols, guardian, &c., against M. W. Echols, &c.," in Nelson Circuit Court, the amount of their several purchases, and deliver the certificates of deposit to the Commissioners before the delivery to them of the slaves purchased. R.
