Cannot Vote for him. --Messrs. Editors: No man admires more than I do Mr. Wm. H. Macfarland. I think him a man to be relied upon and trusted. I would vote for him, with pleasure, for almost any position he desired, but I cannot vote for him standing among the Palmer nominees.
