A Journey under difficulties. --The members of the Grand Lodge, I. O. O. F., had a very rough time on their return from Wheeling, Va., a few days ago. The train encountered a land slide on the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad, and subsequently met with a more serious obstacle, the waters having risen so high as to render the road impassable. After much delay, they got through all the scenes of danger and difficulty unharmed. A meeting was held, Mr. Jno. W. Ferguson, of Richmond, presiding, and resolutions passed tendering the thanks of all concerned to Capt. Jas. H. Walter, the prudent conductor, for putting them safely through their perilous trip.
