Grave charge. --W. A. Fitzhugh, a citizen of Loudoun county, Virginia, was committed to Castle Thunder, on Wednesday, on the charge of recruiting negroes in Virginia for the Yankee service and being a spy. Fitzhugh had on his person when arrested a commission from the Lincoln Government authorizing him to recruit among our negroes, and a great many other papers, proving him to be a disloyal and dangerous individual. While before the Provost-Marshal yesterday, he maintained an air of suprebeing a spy.
