Stolen Goods. --Joe Gaines, a free negro, was before the Mayor yesterday morning, to answer the charge of stealing a buggy valued at $1,000, the property of John W. Frayser, and with having in his possession boots, shoes, etc., stolen from John Tyndall, knowing the same to have been stolen.
