Runaway.--$40 reward. --Ranaway from the Monumental Hotel, in the city of Richmond, a mulatto Boy named James, the property of Miss Ann Hine. James is 15 years of age, and not well grown; is an intelligent and capable boy. He has a mother, Lucy Gann, residing on Church Hill. He went off with two free boys about his own age.
