Hatton, John R. Yates, William L. Sheirburn, James A. Dorsett, L. W. Jenkins, H. C. Bowie, Enoch R. Berry, Edward T. Richardson, Frank T. Wilson, Thomas H. Sunderland, Eugene Worthington, George W. Bassford, John T. Wilson, Thomas Williams, Lee M. Sutherland, H. D. G. C. Sargent, John Campbell, T. Bernard Gardner, Francis McWilliams and Daniel W. Lloyd. A writ of habeas corpus was awarded George G. Perrie, directed to Surgeon Lane, at the Winder Hospital, made returnable on Monday. Also, John W. Tucker, directed to Surgeon James B. McCaw, of Chimborazo Hospital, returnable on Monday. The case of William G. Higgins, Frank W.
