Hustings Court.--Judge Lyons presiding. --In this Court, yesterday, the following cases were disposed of. Mr. A. Judson Crane acting as prosecutor: Michael, Handley, indicted for garroting and stealing a watch, valued at $2,000 rom John H. Gestry was and by the jury, and his as such as ten years in the penitentiary--[S me time since Hindley use tried in charge of robbery and a quitted, Mr. Grane acting a ] John A. Clushman, indicted for stealing one hundred money, and a check for the same amount, from Edward Doran, was convicted and sentenced to the penitentiary for three years. Jas M D Irvine indicted for forgery, will be tried on Thursday. The case of Robt S Forde, charged with the murder of Robt F Dixon, was continued till the next term. The Court then adjourned till 11 o'clock this morning.
