Milledgeville, Ga.,Dec. 7. --Mr. Felton, of Columbia, offered resolutions to-day requesting the Georgia Congressmen to propose to Congress to appoint Commissioners on the part of the North and South, to provide for the peaceable dissolution of the Union, and the equitable distribution of the property between both sections. New Orleans, Dec. 7.--Mr. Stewart, member of the Texas Legislature from Gonzales, has issued a circular, in accordance with the resolutions passed at a meeting held at that place, inviting the members to be in Austin on the 5th Monday in December, and hold an extra session for calling a convention. Gov. Houston promises to resign if an extra session is called. The Lone Star flag still files in the State, and the people are determined on resistance.
