The Ass of Louis Zimmer --Thomas Goodrich, of Baltimore, was arraigned before the Mayor yesterday for an unlawful assault on Louis Zimmer on Wednesday evening last at the corner of 13th and Main streets. The evidence of a number of witnesses tthe part of citizens. This source of information led the Mayor to believe that one Sylvester Griffin was very active as Goodrich's aider and abettor; also, that one Camp, a discharged stable operative at the Exchange Hotel, was likewise unlawfully bmpting to rise. The Mayor continued the case, for the purpose, no doubt, of having the parties arrested who were aiding Goodrich. The latter was committed until this morning, in default of $1,000 bail for his appearance. No action was had in regaro were aiding Goodrich.
