Homicide. --Thomas Green, who returned from Texas on Monday, was shot and killed by Boone Judy, at Mount Ida, Montgomery county, Ky., on Tuesday last. Green's familiarity with Judy's wife, it is said, led Judy to attack him. Judy was arrested and lodged in jail, but subsequently made his escape.
