Executor's Sale of A most valuable Dwelling and Premises at the Southeast Corner of Marshall and Eighth streets, and two Likely Young Negro men, at Auction, By virtue of the will of C. J. Macmurdo, Jr., dec'd, and at the request of the parties interested, I shall, as Executor, expose to sale, at public auction, upon the premises, on Monday, the 19th day of September, at 4½ o'clock P. M., the Dwelling and Premises of the late C. J. Macmurdo, Junior, being lmber. After the sale of the real estate, will be sold two very likely and valuable Young Negro men, named Robert and William — both of whom are barbers, and accomplished servants. Terms: For the real estate, one-third cash; balance at four and eight months, with interest, and secured by a trust deed; or all cash, at the option of the purchaser. For the slaves, cash. George P.
