in said Ware to provide for their families in their absence, and for all purposes connected with the present war. Resolved, That the town-treasurer be, and hereby is, authorized to borrow such sums of money on behalf of the town, not exceeding the above appropriation, as may be necessary, and to keep such sum for the purposes above named.
