or's Court. --Waiter, a negro boy 14 years old, was charged with steeling baggage from the Spotswood Hotel. The watchman at the hotel said he had caught the negro late Tuesday night carrying off a trunk from the baggage room of the hotel. He was committed to jail and ordered to be whipped. Wm. Leber was charged with stealing two horses from Wm. S. Munson. In the absence of witnesses the case was continued.
