By the Governor of Virginia — Proclamation. --Information having been received by the Executive that Henry L. Harris, who was confined int he jail of Nelsen county, charged with murder, broke jail on the night of the 25th of November, 1862, and is now going at large: Therefore, I do hereby offer a reward of one hundred dollars to any person or persons who shall arrest the said Henry L.
