--On last Sunday night Captain Robert Hazlett, belonging to the Wise Legion, was knocked down, while walking on Broad street, and so severely wounded that he is now lying in a critical condition at a private residence.
His wound is a lacerated contusion upon the right temple.
The perpetrator of this outrage is unknown.
