Mayor's Court. --The following cases were disposed of by the Mayor yesterday morning: Charles B. Henry, a young white man, was charged with illegally and feloniously taking away and secreting Mary E. Walsh, a child under the age of eighteen years. The father of Miss Walsh testified that while he was absent from home in the army, Henry persuaded his daughter to leave home, without the knowledge or consent of her mother.--The accused, in response to a question propounded by the Mayor, stated that he married Miss Walsh last Wednesday night, having first procured a license from the clerk's office of Henrico county to do so; whereupon His Honor remarked that he should turn the case over to a county justice, as he thought the matter should be further investigated.--He referred to the loose manner in which business was conducted in the clerk's office of Henrico county, remarking that he wished it inquired into why it was so easy for a young girl to be abducted from her parents' pro
