--Richard J. Hicks, a citizen of Henry county, Virginia, was yesterday brought before Captain Thomas W. Deswell, Assistant Provost Marshal, on the charge of harboring deserters.
Hicks is an old man, and the party alleged to have been harbored by him is his son. He was committed to Castle Thunder.
