Assaults. --Joseph Higgins, charged with threatening to assault Cinderella Stewart, was on Saturday required to give security in the sum of $200 to keep the peace. Elizabeth Hardaman, charged with whipping a weak little woman named Catharine Brennan, was bound over in $150, to prevent such demonstrations in future.
