and they respectfully report that the Commissioners have expressed the wish to address the two Houses of the General Assembly on Tuesday, the 15th inst., at 1 o'clock P. M. In order to carry out the arrangement made with the Commissioners, your committee suggest that the addresses be delivered in the Hall of the House of Delegates, in the presence of both Houses, at the time indicated by the Commissioners.
