Mayor's Court, Saturday. --Patrick Kinnoven, alias James Coyne, arrested for the larceny of $750, a silver watch worth $25, and pistol worth $3, was ordered by the Mayor to be taken before the Provost Marshal to be tried by court martial. The accused is a soldier, but claims to be a British subject. --Jno. Shinkwin and Pat Connors, soldiers, arrested for appropriating to their own use $65 belonging to Thos. Donohoe, were also remanded for trial before the military authorities.--John Dusty, colored, arraigned at the instigation of his wife, for an assault, was ordered to be smitten with a cowskin to teach him better manners by the force of example.--Hiram Husher, white, arraigned for assaulting his wife, was acquitted. --John Dovle, charged with breaking open the trunk of Patrick Holland, drinking his liquor, and taking $65, was examined and discharged.
