Confederate District Court. --The District Court of the Confederate States has been in session for some time, and has been engaged for the most part in disposing of admiralty business. Decrees for the condemnation of the schooners "Mary Pierce" and "Margaret," two of the vessels captured by Captain Hollins and Colonel Thomas, have been entered. A sale of the steamer "St. Nicholas" and her cargo has been ordered. The "Monticello" and her cargo, being the property of citizens of Maryland and British subjects, was released. Mr. Aylett, the Confederate States District Attorney, seems to be the only lawyer of the city whose hands are full.
