Gen Robert E. Lee, has resigned his commission in the U. S. Army. The House of Representatives of Pennsylvania has refused to permit the banks of that State to issue bills of a less denomination than $5. Mayor Wood, John Cochrane, John A. Dix, Daniel S. Dickenson, of New York, formerly friends of the South, have come out for supporting Lincoln's Administration. George W. and Henry Coher were executed in Warren, Ark., a few days ago, for the murder of a small negro. The Rev.
