Buckingham. We learn that there were two meetings at Buckingham Court-House on Monday last.--One of them nominated W. W. Forbes, Esq., former member of the House of Delegates, and the other Col. E. W. Hubbard, formerly member of Congress from that District. The meeting which nominated Col. H. was strongly in favor of secession — the other less so.
