C. S. District Court. --The trial of John R. Hughee, indicted for passing counterfeit Treasury notes, took place yesterday, and resulted in a verdict of "not guilty." Thus, but one of the party of four implicated in this transaction has been convicted. (Wm. R. Hughes,) and he will probably receive his sentence to-day. Judge Halyburton will commence calling his docket on Monday next, and all persons interested should bear the fact in mind.
