Ordered a Whipping. --A negro woman, named Rachel, belonging to Mrs. Elizabeth Frayser, was arrested on Sunday with a bag of flour in her possession, supposed to have been stolen from Messrs. Hundley & Cance. The evidence proved the guilt of the party, and she was therefore ordered ten lashes.
