Fire. --The alarm of fire yesterday morning about 7 o'clock proceeded from the burning of an old framed building on west Seventeenth street, between Main and Franklin, in the occupancy of a man named Washington Jenkins. But slight damage was done to the shanty, and the firemen returned to their rendezvous without having to unreel their hose. The fire originated from a foul stove-pipe, and was accidental.
