Richmond Circuit Court, yesterday. In the cases of William B. Goode and William B. Jenkins, now in the reserve forces of the Confederate States, in their applications for writs of habeas corpus, asking relief as being over fifty years of age, witnesses were examined and the further consideration of them adjourned until Saturday, to enable petitioners to present more testimony. Messrs. J. S. Caskie and T. Atkinson for affiants, and P. H. Aylett for Confederate States.
