Soldier shot. --Corporal Jones, of Philadelphia belonging to company A, Pennsylvania 38th regiment, was shot at Nottingham, Md., on the day of election, by the Orderly Sergeant. He disobeyed orders. The ball entered near the eye, and death immediately ensued.
