for the Secretary. 1826-27. Voted that Mr. Hall J. Kelley have charge of wards 3 and 6, and Mr. Nathaniward 4 school under Miss Knight was examined by Messrs. Kelley and Phipps. The school is in a condition to des that school took place. Friday, September 22, Messrs.
