s. Clemens and Etheridge in Virginia, evidently to bear upon the elections about to take place. There was a mistake in the name of the gentleman. It was Mr. Jos. C. G. Kennedy who was engaged in this work — he and his clerks, in the hours of business of the Department. We now have a more remarkable specimen of the interest Mr. Kennedy takes in our affairs here in Virginia.
