Severely Bitten. >--A woman, named Mary Kennedy, made a complaint before the Mayor yesterday against Patrick Laughlin, for allowing a vicious dog to go at large. The animal attacked her on 17th street, and one of her ankles was fearfully lacerated by his teeth.--Sentence of death was passed upon the dog, and the case was continued until to-day for further investigation.
