Confederate States district Court. Judge Halyburton presiding.--John N. Davis was discharged from military service upon the ground of being a Nazarene minister of the gospel. Writs of habeas corpus were granted upon the petitions of the following members of Captain Walter F. Chew's company of artillery, they claiming to be citizens of other States outside of the Confederate States: James E. Dean, J. A. Lane, John A. Raley, J. H. Enis, J. T. Moore, W. T. Rensum, Y. Green, H. Baker, George A. Smith, T. G. Jackson, J. F. Green, J. P. Stewart and T. H. Parker. The writs were made returnable on Monday, the 30th instant. The court adjourned till 11 o'clock today.
