Supreme Court of Appeals.
--The regular fall term of the Court of Appeals commenced yesterday at the State Court-House.
The Judges in attendance were John J. Allen, Wm. Daniel, R. C. L. Moncure, and Wm. J. Robertson--Judge Leigh being absent.
N. D. Massie qualified as attorney to practice in the Superior and inferior courts by taking the oath to support the Constitution of the Confederate States of America.

Confederate States District Court.
Is the case of the Confederate States us Carnsi, for the sequestration of the property of an alien enemy, a plea was filed yesterday by W. A. Cocke.
Answers of defendants to the petitions the Receiver, were filed in the cases against & Wilson, and Chapman J. Leigh.

C. S. District Court.
--The jurors summoned to try John R. Hughes, indicted for felony, were in attendance yesterday, but were discharged in consequence of the sickness of a witness, and the trial did not commence.
Confederate States vs. Chapman J. Leigh, on a petition to sequestrate the property of Charles M. Fry and Overton M. Price, as alien enemies.
Mr. Price appeared by R. R. Howison, his attorney, and with the leave of the Court filed his plea in writing to the petition and proceedings in this case; and leave is reserved to the District Attorney to move to reject the said plea or to except thereto for good cause shown.
