Disloyalty. --George W. Roltins, a citizen of Prince William county, Virginia, was brought to this city yesterday and committed to Castle Thunder on the charges of disloyalty. At the same time two free negroes, named Lewellen and Furling Lambert, residing in the same county, were also taken in custody for using violent and abusive language towards the citizens of that county and threatening them with what will be their false in a short time, when the Yankees subjugate the South. Rollin is reported to have endorsed the conduct of these black ruffians.
