--Frederick Lindsey, 1st Texas, and Matthew Pittman, 1st Georgia regiment, were arrested by members of the Provost Guard for raising a muss at Rocketts.
Lindsey, after his arrest, had to be left, having had his skull broken by a skillet in the hands of a female whose house he had entered.
Both the parties arrested were drunk.
The one able to walk was lodged in Castle Thunder.
