At a called communication of Day Lodge, No. 68, held in the Masons' Hell, Louisa C. H., on the 12th October, A. L. 5,861, A. D. 1861, the following preamble and resolutions were unanimously adopted: Whereas, we have received the sad intelligence that our worthy and much- esteemed brother, James O.
